Getting Started
Eternal Echoes is a presence preservation platform. We help you capture your voice, stories, values, humor, and relationships — the things that make your presence recognizable to the people who love you. What you preserve becomes your Living Record. Your loved ones can explore it through your Echo, a conversational way to experience everything you chose to share.
Open the app, create an account, and start answering questions. You can answer in text or record your voice — there's no required order, and you can save your progress and come back anytime. The more questions you answer with voice recordings, the more accurate your Echo becomes.
You can refresh your preserved voice after adding recordings. If you already have a preserved voice, open Manage > My Voice and select ‘Refresh Preserved Voice’ to request a refresh. Voice refresh requires active consent and is subject to usage limits. For assistance, contact support@myeternalechoes.com.
Privacy & Data
You control who you invite, and what they can do. Invite someone from a Presence's sharing screen, and manage the invitations you have sent from the same place. Your answers are yours — the conversation is what gets shared.
Your recordings and answers are stored securely and used only to build your Echo. We don't sell your data or use it to train any public AI models. If you'd like more detail on how a specific type of data is handled, email support@myeternalechoes.com.
Yes. Permanent account deletion is handled through our privacy process, so that your legacy, shared access, and preserved data are handled correctly. To start, email privacy@myeternalechoes.com with your account email.
Plans & Billing
Free includes up to 5 memories, 1 video, and Echo conversation. Individual unlocks all 100 questions, voice recording, voice preservation, Echo conversation, and photo upload. Family includes everything in Individual, plus multiple Presences, each individually controlled. Individual was previously called Personal — it is the same plan under a clearer name. Yes, there's no contract. Open Account & Billing in the app and choose Manage billing to change or cancel your subscription. You won't be charged again after your current billing period ends.

Using the App
Yes. You can add the people in your life — their names and what you call them — so the Echo responds to each person the way you actually would. Not by first name, but as Dad, Mom, or whatever term fits.
Eternal Echoes runs in any modern web browser, on desktop or mobile, at myeternalechoes.com/app. No app store download is required.
