Getting Started
Eternal Echoes is a presence preservation platform. We help you capture your voice, stories, values, humor, and relationships — the things that make your presence recognizable to the people who love you. What you preserve becomes your Living Record. Your loved ones can explore it through your Echo, a conversational way to experience everything you chose to share.
Open the app, create an account, and start answering questions. You can answer in text or record your voice — there's no required order, and you can save your progress and come back anytime. The more questions you answer with voice recordings, the more accurate your Echo becomes.
Yes. As you record more answers, your Echo conversations reflect the growing depth of your Living Record. During the beta, voice model updates are handled by our team — email support@myeternalechoes.com to request a refresh after adding new recordings.
Privacy & Data
You control who you invite, and what they can do. Family sharing is being introduced during the beta. Access may vary by account while we complete authorization testing and rollout. Your answers are yours — the conversation is what gets shared.
Your recordings and answers are stored securely and used only to build your Echo. We don't sell your data or use it to train any public AI models. If you'd like more detail on how a specific type of data is handled, email support@myeternalechoes.com.
Yes. Email support@myeternalechoes.com with your account email and we'll help you delete your account and associated data.
Plans & Billing
Free includes 20 questions, text-only answers, and 1 shared viewer. Personal unlocks all 100 questions, voice recording and cloning, full AI conversation mode, unlimited sharing, and photo upload. Family includes everything in Personal, plus unlimited Echo profiles for multiple people and priority support. Full details and current pricing are on our pricing page.
Yes, there's no contract. To cancel your subscription, email support@myeternalechoes.com and we will process it right away. You won't be charged again after your current billing period ends.
The first 100 members can lock in full Personal-tier access at $4.99/month forever. Once those spots are filled, this pricing won't return.
The Legacy Gift is a one-time $39.99 purchase that gives someone a full year of Personal access — a way to give the gift of preserving someone's story.
Using the App
Yes. You can add the people in your life — their names and what you call them — so the Echo responds to each person the way you actually would. Not by first name, but as Dad, Mom, or whatever term fits.
Eternal Echoes runs in any modern web browser, on desktop or mobile, at myeternalechoes.com/app. No app store download is required.
